Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate setup of organizational and user credentials in our new application platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) to input data accurately and reputed company
- Communicating effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

- Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage will be advantageous
