Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling if required
Qualifications
