Job Summary

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care, resolving customer questions and concerns, and following reputed company customer service procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs to provide a first contact resolution

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a reputed company field
• Social media experience preferred
