Securities Administrator (12-Month Contract)

As a Securities Administrator, you will provide critical administrative support to the Sustainable Wealth Management advisory teams and members by processing work from member meetings reputed company prescribed timelines.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to optimize the reputed company of Sustainable Wealth Management advisory staff
- Completing member transactions reputed company prescribed policies and procedures while maintaining regulatory standards
- Building effective working relationships across Sustainable Wealth Management and Member Services to support an integrated platform
- Enabling execution of an enhanced, differentiated member experience
- Identifying and recommending process improvement opportunities to optimize service delivery
- Upholding compliance and risk mitigation standards in reputed company administrative activities
- Managing workload effectively to meet deadlines and business needs
- Supporting Wealth Planners with timely and accurate documentation processing
Skills
- Post-secondary education or industry courses such as reputed company (Canadian Securities Course) or IFIC is required
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in administrative or operational roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze problems and identify critical components
- Proficiency with technology and financial systems
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships and provide technical guidance
- Previous experience in Wealth Management
- Familiarity with securities administration processes
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services
