About the job

Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging reputed company electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, reputed company software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

What you will be doing

• Responding to escalated tickets from operations and application support teams.

• Troubleshooting reputed company issues and providing detailed analysis to clients reputed company reputed company.

• Accessing client systems remotely to diagnose and resolve problems.

• Collaborating with client technical teams and system engineers to implement solutions.

• Training clients on application functionality and best practices.

What you bring

The pay range for this full-time position is $104,250.00 - $175,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. reputed company the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
