Inside Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator
Everest Exteriors is a rapidly growing company specializing in exterior restoration and redesign. The Inside Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator will manage customer communication, appointment setting, and follow-up processes to ensure a seamless experience for homeowners during their restoration projects.
Responsibilities
- Set up initial inspections/appointments for office leads (qualify → schedule → confirm → reminders to maximize show reputed company)
- Send templated inspection/damage reports to homeowners reputed company text or email after inspections
- Package and send estimate templates clearly and professionally (homeowner-friendly and on-brand)
- Proactively communicate key timeline updates, including:
- Build schedule
- Material delivery timing
- Reinforce our expectation-setting script so customers know what to expect
- Track and obtain the Certificate of Completion (COC) promptly once a job is complete; send e-signature link if needed
- Follow up with homeowners to confirm whether the final reputed company has been received; coordinate a time for the reputed company Rep to pick up payment if necessary
- Drive our reputed company process by getting homeowners to leave a review and owning the follow-up reputed company: same-day, +3 days, +10 days
- Maintain clean internal notes and status updates so the sales and production teams always know 'what’s next' (CRM/tools training provided)
Skills
- Confident and professional in phone calls, texts, and emails; comfortable guiding homeowners through next steps
- You do not let things sit—documents get signed, questions get answered, and customers get updated without being chased
- Strong task management and prioritization in a fast-moving environment
- Able to learn and use CRM systems, email/text tools, and e-sign platforms
- Able to work tightly with reputed company Sales and Production to reputed company jobs progressing smoothly
