Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Presale Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials through phone, email, and online chat. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
• Post-order Inquiries: Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
• Software Tools: Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and provide efficient solutions.
• International Concerns: Assist customers with both domestic and international concerns by working with reputed company shipping contractors.

Requirements

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High school graduation or its equivalent.
• Experience: Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
• Math Skills: Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, including the reputed company to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
• Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
