We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Patient Access Support Services, Enterprise Access & Reimbursement Manager. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient access to our life-saving medications while also overseeing reimbursement strategies and driving business growth. Develop and implement patient access strategies to ensure timely and affordable access to Bristol-Myers Squibb medications for patients in need. Oversee and manage all aspects of reimbursement support services, including insurance coverage, coding and billing, financial assistance programs, and appeals processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to develop and execute reimbursement strategies that align with business objectives. Monitor and analyze market trends, payer policies, and healthcare regulations to identify potential barriers to patient access and develop proactive solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert on patient access and reimbursement for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and payers. Train and mentor team members on patient access support services and reimbursement processes to ensure timely and accurate support for patients and healthcare providers. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, patient advocacy groups, and external vendors, to support patient access and reimbursement efforts. Utilize data and metrics to track and report on key performance indicators related to patient access and reimbursement, and identify areas for improvement. Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve patient access and reimbursement processes, and drive business growth. Represent Bristol-Myers Squibb at industry conferences and events to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in patient access and reimbursement.
