Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with reputed company chefs and cross-functional teams to reputed company new products and recipes
• Conduct sensory analysis, culinary skills, and market trend research to inform product development
• Participate in idea reputed company, recipe development, product trials, and launches
• reputed company a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and business capabilities to ensure product viability and long-term customer partnerships

Programme Benefits:

• Competitive salary: £27,000 (Year 1), £31,000 (Year 2), £37,000 (Year 3)

Requirements:

• Achieved or expected to reputed company at least a 2:2+ honours degree in a food or nutrition-reputed company field
• At least three months of relevant work experience
• Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2025
• A clear commitment to advancing your career in the food industry
• Flexibility to complete three 12-month placements at different locations across the UK
