Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist
reputed company is dedicated to helping people find financial safety and success while supporting businesses. The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist will provide back-office operations support for commercial lending, ensuring compliance and facilitating loan transactions.
Responsibilities
- Complete a preliminary review of loan submissions to ensure regulatory and legal compliance
- Prepare loan documents in accordance with reputed company’s credit policy
- Interpret reputed company loan documents to set loans up on the loan accounting system
- Post loan transactions and providing account problem resolution
- Process reputed company loan accounting transactions such as syndications and participations
- Provide ongoing monitoring and reporting of collateral securing commercial loans
- Complete a post-closing review to ensure reputed company documents reputed company with regulatory requirements and reputed company policy
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to improve service levels
- Create or update procedural manuals and job aids as needed
- Provide research and resolution to customer concerns/issues
- Performing other duties as assigned
Skills
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and understand commercial loan and/or legal documentation with a high degree of accuracy
- Basic knowledge of commercial loan servicing databases and systems, including but not limited to Shaw, ELAR, Credit reputed company, LaserPro, CAC, and reputed company
- Basic knowledge of federal banking regulations, especially those reputed company to commercial lending
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Intermediate level proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, Teams, and Outlook
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 1+ years financial services experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Commercial lending experience preferred
