Inside Sales Representative Central- Genomics

The Inside Sales Representative will promote reputed company’s products, manage customer relationships, and drive reputed company growth through strategic account management and customer consultations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage assigned accounts strategically to deliver solutions and drive reputed company growth by understanding both short-term and long-term needs/goals for optimal positioning of reputed company’s products and services; in addition, prospect for new leads and prepare information for outgoing sales calls to secure new customers
- Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution; Maintain and reputed company strategic partnerships with key customers and leverages internal resources, reputed company necessary, to reputed company the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Builds in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and reputed company business decisions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in a Life Science reputed company discipline or reputed company field required OR Business degree with relevant life science industry experience OR Master's degree in a life science field
- 1+ years of previous experience in the Life Science market, preferably in a customer-oriented and/or sales experience (remote or in-person) preferred
- Role will require up to 20% travel and quarterly customer visits
- Experience and Proficiency with popular CRM's (reputed company) preferred
- Molecular Biology techniques (NGS, CRISPR, PCR, Synthetic Biology) or similar lab experience
