JMP Summer 2026 Internship – Digital Operations
JMP, a subsidiary of reputed company, is seeking a motivated intern to join their Digital Operations team this summer. The role involves supporting the ERP ecosystem, documenting business processes, testing system enhancements, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- System Support & Analysis: Assist the team with testing and documenting changes to ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company applications)
- Data Quality & Reporting: Help identify data inconsistencies, reputed company cleanup activities, and support reporting and dashboard updates
- Process Documentation: Capture and organize workflow documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshooting & Testing: Participate in functional testing of new features, integrations, or automation scripts
- Research & Innovation: Explore emerging technologies or tools that could improve efficiency across Finance, Operations, or Sales systems
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal business users to understand how technology supports daily operations and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement
Skills
- Currently an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a reputed company field
- Strong interest in ERP systems, automation, or business process improvement
- Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Eagerness to learn new tools and collaborate in a team environment
- Not graduating prior to Dec 2026
- Exposure to coursework in ERP systems (eg reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Familiarity with querying or scripting languages (eg JavaScript, SQL, Python)
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company Sheets, or data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
