Insurance Associate

reputed company Agency (MMA) is reputed company for its award-winning, inclusive workplace culture, and they are seeking an Insurance Associate to support the Client Advisory team. In this role, you will assist with client meetings, manage documentation, and support the new business process while collaborating closely with Client Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client Advisory teams to provide critical support in the preparation for prospect and client meetings
• Assist in the client review process by ordering designated summaries reputed company of the review reputed company date and supporting the team in the preparation of stewardship reviews
• Work on updating summaries, creating spreadsheets and other documents as requested, binding materials, obtaining quotes, and remarketing reputed company applicable
• Assist in the new business process by establishing Applied files, creating binders, identification cards, cancellation forms, and coordinating the delivery of new business policies
• Quote coverage reputed company reputed company websites, locate reputed company-specific information, and obtain policy declarations
• Support Client Advisor Managers and Client Advisors by scheduling client, reputed company, and guest visits, including managing reputed company clearances, reserving meeting spaces, and providing proper greetings
• Process endorsements, handle mortgage/lienholder inquiries, respond to client identification requests, and address billing inquiries

Skills

• Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite be able to navigate through multiple systems without assistance
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Detail oriented to ensure accuracy
• Possess self-discipline, self-motivation, and ability to meet assigned objectives
• Holds appropriate P&C license or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months of hire
• College degree and/or prior insurance experience
• Previous experience servicing High Net Worth Clientele
• Proficiency in the daily use of reputed company websites for the purposes of quoting, locating reputed company specific information and obtaining policy declarations as needed
