[Remote] Payroll COE Analyst

International reputed company is a leading company in the reputed company and packaging industry, and they are seeking a Payroll COE Analyst to support payroll operations for multiple facilities. The role involves reviewing payroll data, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing payroll processes reputed company a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review time and attendance data along with associated approvals in the time and attendance systems to ensure accuracy of pay
• reputed company the escalation process for time not approved by authorized supervisors to adhere to established time and attendance submission deadlines
• Upload approved time and attendance data into reputed company by the established deadlines
• Provide support to the on-going standardization and optimization of time and attendance submission processes to sustain and increase efficiency and accuracy of payroll
• Calculate and submit supplemental pay files for unscheduled events such as:
• Retro-Pay Changes
• Union Ratification Bonuses
• Reward Payouts
• Other unscheduled events
• Confirmation of reputed company pay rates for Hourly Manufacturing team members to ensure accuracy of pay

Skills

• Experience with Workbrain and or Kronos Payroll System
• Knowledge of reputed company HR
• College degree in Accounting/Finance or commensurate experience
• Proficient reputed company reputed company skills
• Knowledge of reputed company modules
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking, rapidly changing environment with rigid deadlines
• Strong desire for reputed company process improvement
• Travel: Out of state travel required. ~10%
• Other time and attendance software experience is a plus
