Responsibilities

- Warmly welcoming customers and actively enhancing their shopping experiences - Engaging with customers sincerely, sharing your passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment towards their sport or activity - Upholding organisational product display standards for leading sports brands - Marketing company initiatives such as warranty sales, customer loyalty programmes, seasonal promotions, etc. - Creating an inclusive store environment in which everyone - both associates and customers - feels valued, safe, and treated with respect - Undertaking additional tasks during busy hours to support the team and the store

Required Skills & Experience

- 16 years old or above - Previous experience in retail sales, cash-handling or customer service roles is desirable but not mandatory - Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reputed company, push, pull, and lift items (between 15 to 35 lbs.) occasionally. - Stamina to stand or walk for prolonged durations (up to 4 hours) - Ability to engage in repetitive tasks for short periods continuously (up to 2 hours).
