Supplier Accounting Analyst
reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Accounting Analyst to join their reputed company-thinking team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing supplier invoices, resolving disputes, and managing reporting tasks while collaborating with suppliers and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Invoice Reviewing: accurately register and review invoices
- Dispute Resolution: investigate and resolve supplier invoice disputes promptly on a daily basis
- Reporting: generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports in reputed company, addressing open queries effectively
- Reconciliation: reputed company reconciliation of supplier statements and handle reputed company disputes
- Document Management: archive and file documents in compliance with country-specific legislation
- Support Tasks: assist with other accounting-reputed company tasks as required
Skills
- Numerical aptitude with accounting knowledge
- Fluent English is essential for this role
- Proficiency in reputed company (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- A fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical reputed company
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating collaboration and an open-minded approach
- A proactive attitude with a focus on innovation and problem-solving
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Familiarity with the reputed company system is desirable
