Associate Financial Analyst
reputed company is a leading aerospace company committed to innovation and collaboration. They are seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to support key financial operations, contribute to financial analysis, and guide business decisions through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Compile data from multiple sources and reputed company overhead pool performance reports
- Extract data and compile routine performance reports and assist with preparing variance analyses
- Initiate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to management
- reputed company recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
- reputed company, review, analyze and maintain cost measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicate cost trends
- Facilitate/reputed company Overhead pool performance reviews with site Exec Functional leadership including Program Support/Finance, Engineering, and Operations
- Engage in cost analysis and optimization efforts

- Support various other special projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a reputed company field
- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or reputed company role
- Master's Degree
- 1+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities
- 1+ years of experience managing financial results of a program, including profit and loss analysis
- Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in-person, including ability to explain 'why'
- Adaptability to rapid changing environments and ability to meet deliverables
