[Remote] Influencer Marketing Coordinator

As Naturepedic’s Influencer Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing our influencer marketing strategy, coordinating influencer partnerships, managing reputed company, and tracking campaign performance to optimize results for Naturepedic and its affiliated brands.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and reputed company out to influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring timely communication and a seamless partnership experience
• Coordinate influencer gifting campaigns, tracking shipments and content deliverables
• Assist in negotiating content deliverables and ensuring brand messaging aligns with influencer partnerships
• Assist in executing influencer campaigns, from reputed company to content approval and publishing
• Track influencer posts, engagements, and sales performance, providing insights and reports to optimize strategies
• Use reputed company or other influencer marketing platforms to manage influencer relationships, campaign execution, and reporting
• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging and adheres to FTC guidelines
• Stay reputed company of social media and influencer marketing trends to inform content strategies
• Identify high-performing influencer content and collaborate with the team on repurposing opportunities
• Work with the internal creative team to reputed company influencer-generated content for brand marketing initiatives

Skills

• Minimum of 1-2 years in an influencer marketing role required
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, reputed company trends, and best practices in influencer marketing
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media analytics
• Passion for organic, wellness, and sustainability-driven brands
• Experience with reputed company is a plus!
