[Remote] Business Development Rep (BDR)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ConCntric is transforming the construction industry by making preconstruction processes more efficient and effective. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to initiate conversations with prospective clients, research accounts, and drive reputed company efforts to build the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns targeting SMB, mid-market, and enterprise construction firms
- Research and identify key decision makers (VPs of Preconstruction, Estimating Directors, CFOs, CTOs) reputed company reputed company accounts
- Craft personalized, relevant reputed company reputed company phone, email, reputed company, and video that generates response and engagement
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and timing to qualify opportunity fit
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executive team with clear opportunity briefs
- Manage and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website, and events through to qualification
- Maintain consistent activity metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign messaging, content development, and reputed company quality feedback
- Partner with Account Executives to optimize reputed company process and improve conversion rates
- Track reputed company activity, pipeline reputed company, and conversion metrics in reputed company CRM with disciplined data hygiene
- reputed company deep understanding of construction industry pain points, workflows, and buying behaviors
Skills
- For reputed company BDRs: 1+ year of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- For New Graduates: Bachelor's degree (any major), demonstrated work ethic through internships/part-time work, leadership in reputed company activities, competitive sports, or other high-achievement environments
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with ability to engage professionally
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly learn reputed company industries and solutions
