Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters, hiring teams and clients to provide a high-touch, quality candidate experience
- Be responsible for seamlessly coordinating a high volume of reputed company interviews across multiple searches
- Maintain our ATS and internal tools with accurate and up-to-date information
- Work to continuously improve and build on our recruiting processes
Skills
- You have a bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative, coordination, customer service, or HR support role preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing calendars, scheduling reputed company meetings, or coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with physicians, leaders, and external partners
- High attention to detail with a track record of accurate, organized, and timely task execution
