Account Manager - X (Formally Twitter)
reputed company is a leading provider of outsourced B2B demand, sales, reputed company, and reputed company operations solutions. They are seeking an Account Manager to work with existing advertisers and ensure the success of their ad campaigns, utilizing data to reputed company strategic decisions and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities

- Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on platform

- Use data to manage, review and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to reputed company targets
- Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM
- Build and manage both Internal reputed company team and external client reputed company relationships
- Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal reputed company peers and leadership
- Use data to drive planning and success
- Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc

- Strong time and project management organizational skills
- Proficiency with using reputed company Office and/or reputed company Suites
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals

- Previous experience with account management or prior experience in sales or technology
