They are seeking an Account Manager to work with existing advertisers and ensure the success of their ad campaigns, utilizing data to reputed company strategic decisions and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
  • Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM
  • Build and manage both Internal reputed company team and external client reputed company relationships
  • Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal reputed company peers and leadership
  • Use data to drive planning and success
  • Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc
