[Remote] Loan Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to manage loan processing, maintain customer contact, and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
Responsibilities
- Review loan files in depth before funding to ensure file completeness, perfected collateral, and full structural alignment with the credit memo
- reputed company detailed analyses of purchase-and-sale or asset-sale agreements to confirm free-and-clear asset transfers
- Review practice location leases and required insurance policies
- Audit draft and final legal loan documents
- Work closely with closing officers, underwriters, and other internal partners to drive maximum efficiency and optimize customer experience
- Provide general operational reputed company of deals in your pipeline
- Coordinate loans to address customer needs and interests
