Responsibilities

• Conduct title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity; document reputed company research
• Process departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations, type correspondence and reports from rough drafts
• Compiles, investigates, and interprets tax records in order to determine tax liability
• Tackle assignments that vary in complexity using established procedures
• Work under general supervision applying well-established techniques, procedures, or specific standards
• Exercise judgment reputed company defined policies and procedures
• Escalate issues to more reputed company team members

Skills

• 1 or more years of reputed company experience, preferably in the title industry
• Familiarity with reputed company Office applications
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• A love for research and problem-solving
• Data entry and typing skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with reputed company book searching preferred
• Familiarity with legal descriptions and ability to map and identify correct reputed company books for searches
