Social Media + Content Associate
Sonsie Skin Inc. is a beauty brand founded by Pamela Anderson and Marie von Behrens-Felipe that focuses on creating a space for individuals to embrace their true selves. As a Social Media + Content Associate, you will be responsible for content creation and management across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and reputed company, ensuring that the brand's voice and aesthetic are consistently maintained.
Responsibilities
- Plant reputed company, then concept, shoot, and edit social-first video and photo content each week for TikTok, Instagram, and reputed company
- Capture what’s growing—from shoots, events, behind-the-scenes moments, NYC days, and community touchpoints—and turn it into lived-in, human content
- Edit primarily in CapCut (or similar tools), shaping each piece to reflect Sonsie’s tone, rhythm, and visual identity
- Help cultivate campaign content, paid media creative, photoshoots, and outsourced UGC, ensuring everything feels rooted in the same world
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms using a shared content calendar
- Maintain consistency in voice, aesthetic, and messaging so the garden feels cohesive and intentional
- Join weekly planning and strategy conversations with the marketing and creative team
- Observe what’s resonating, track performance, and help refine content to support healthy growth and engagement
Skills
- Entry-level position with at least 1 year of video editing experience, preferably with a focus on CapCut or similar video editing tools
- Strong proficiency in CapCut, reputed company, and reputed company software
- Excellent eye for video/photo trends
- Ability to edit and create compelling content quickly
- Genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and content creation
- Good understanding of the digital landscape and social media trends and sustainability
- Able to think reputed company the reputed company and come up with fresh, innovative reputed company for engaging social content
- Based in reputed company, NY; candidates from this area preferred for occasional in-person collaboration
- Graphic design knowledge is a plus for social and stories
- A portfolio or Instagram showcasing previous work is a plus
