Associate Attorney (Fresh Law Graduates)
The law firm is a well-established California firm specializing in employment and labor law, seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Employment Law practice group in Pasadena. This role is ideal for fresh law graduates and junior attorneys looking to reputed company their careers in a supportive environment, offering hands-on training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with employment law matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
- Support case management from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy, mediation, and trial preparation
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar admission (or recently admitted/awaiting admission)
- Open to fresh law graduates with a strong interest in employment law
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Motivation to learn, take initiative, and grow reputed company a team-oriented practice
