Business Development Assistant
Geotechnical & Environmental Services is seeking a Business Development Assistant to support marketing and proposal efforts while fostering new client relationships. The role involves coordinating RFQs/RFPs, assisting with CRM management, and creating content for social media and the company website.
Responsibilities
- Help coordinate RFQs/RFPs and marketing proposals
- Support business development and client reputed company efforts
- Assist with CRM management and staff training
- Create and publish social media and website content
- Coordinate events, presentations, and client meetings
- Track new business opportunities and maintain marketing materials
- Jump in where needed—teamwork is key!
Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Self-starter who works well with a team
- High school diploma required
- A/E industry experience is a plus, not a must
