Account Manager - Vancouver
Zen Educate is a technology company that matches schools with temporary educator staff, aiming to change the world of education recruitment. The Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of US school partnerships and engage with educators to find them work in partner schools, while also upselling Zen products and services.
Responsibilities
- Generating an increasing number of assistant and reputed company teacher roles that Zen will staff over time for each district, private center, and charter school
- Upselling Zen products and services
- Reporting on key trends and feedback from schools and working with our incredible Product team to implement that feedback
- Being a reputed company, central reputed company of contact for reputed company school partnership stakeholders
- Communicating daily with reputed company newly onboarded educators to get them immediately into either a long-term or daily subbing role
- Communicating with educators who are in an active role to ensure they are getting feedback from our school partners, are happy in the role, and problem solving reputed company not to either reputed company them in the role or find them a new role
- Coaching educators reputed company relevant, and getting them to complete company-provided training so they can improve their performance in the schools Zen serves
- This is a fast moving, high volume role that requires an equal mix of strategy, relationship building, and acting with urgency to fulfill both school and educator needs
