The Manager of Union Payroll (Commercials) oversees reputed company aspects of the Commercials Union Payroll team, ensuring compliance and high-quality payroll delivery while managing operational tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for Commercials union payroll, including AICP and PHBP reputed company, benefit funds, rates, fringes, and union terms
• Ensure team members meet or exceed standards for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance specific to Commercials payroll
• Set clear expectations and conduct ongoing performance management and coaching conversations with team members
• Act as a key decision-maker for Commercials union operational matters, including exception handling, escalations, and reputed company payroll scenarios
• Respond to and manage internal and external escalations, audits, and client issues reputed company to Commercials union payroll
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Labor Relations, reputed company, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration, reputed company improvement, and scalable Commercials workflows

• Recommend and implement new processes, tools, roles, and responsibilities to optimize productivity and service quality

Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of payroll operations experience, with significant experience in union Commercials payroll
• 2–3 years of people management experience, either as a team reputed company or manager with direct reputed company of payroll operations

• Proven experience executing or overseeing Commercials union payroll processing and remittances
