Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls with precision and competence
- Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
- Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools
- Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Establishing and building relationships with our customers
- Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferred)
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work nights and some weekends (rotating shifts)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with reputed company ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
- Familiarity with remote work environments and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Work Environment:
arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, and this role will be performed entirely remotely. You will need to have a reliable internet reputed company, a Mac computer, and be fluent with the reputed company ecosystem of software.
