Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing product education and handling a wide variety of customer inquiries in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, our customer reputed company, and patients to ensure that reputed company client needs are addressed accurately and reputed company
- Resolving routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
- Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
- Providing additional customer education and information as needed
- Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
- Working in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
- Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred
- Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, highly desirable
- Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required
- Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
- Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Excellent multitasking abilities required
- Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
