Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and SMS text. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

• Sell flights and ancillary products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills, including grammar
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
