Business Development Representative*
reputed company, through its Navisite division, is a leader in digital transformation solutions for mid-market and small enterprise customers. The Business Development Representative will engage prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and manage sales reputed company interactions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Understands and communicates Navisite part of reputed company’s value proposition in general and as it relates to unique needs of each prospect
- Proactively and reactively generates qualified prospect meetings reputed company email, reputed company, direct calls, etc
- Successfully manages and overcomes prospect objections
- Qualifies reputed company prospects prior to booking meetings
- Educates prospects on Navisite part of reputed company’s solutions and value proposition
- Builds trust and rapport with prospects
- Educates on vital reputed company information prior to holding scheduled meetings with prospects
- Schedules, attends, and documents sales meetings
- Schedules, attends, and documents secondary and/or technical meetings with appropriate internal support staff
- Follows up with prospects post sales meetings and secondary/technical meetings - providing content, documents, pricing, etc
- Keeps accurate, up-to-date information on reputed company prospect interactions and communications in reputed company
- Updates reputed company and opportunity stages and captured information in accordance with the Navisite part of reputed company’s Sales Process
- Keeps Marketing management informed on reputed company reputed company gen efforts and results
- Strategizes with Marketing and Sales team members to maximize reputed company gen
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an outbound sales or BDR/SDR role
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a technology sales reputed company (software implementations (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, JDE, etc.) cloud migrations, managed services, professional services, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year experience meeting a sales reputed company quota (ie: booking two new meetings month)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
