As a Field Engineer, you will collaborate with teams to manage construction projects, ensuring quality control and safety adherence while supporting both administrative and field operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to build, estimate, and schedule, mechanical, electrical, and heavy industrial construction projects
- Prepare detailed work plans and schedules to guide project execution
- Ensure quality control, manage and track costs, purchase and manage materials, and maintain schedule and equipment logistics
- Administer safety programs with strict adherence to reputed company’s 'Nobody Gets Hurt' philosophy
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners and stakeholders
- Support both administrative and field operations: review drawings/specs, reputed company material takeoffs, and prepare cost estimates
- Supervise subcontractors, coordinate with vendors, and uphold high construction standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of construction safety and reputed company OSHA standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and reputed company specifications
- Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control techniques
- Proficiency in reputed company Office
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
