Sales Development Representative, NY/Austin (Spanish Speaking)
Agora is a leading SaaS and FinTech platform transforming how real estate investment firms manage their capital, investors, and operations. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting in Spanish and inbound reputed company qualification in English.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting in Spanish : Identify, research, and engage new prospects in Spanish through phone, email, and reputed company. Outbound reputed company will be entirely in Spanish
- Inbound reputed company Engagement in English : Connect quickly with inbound leads who express interest in Agora, conducting discovery and qualification conversations in English
- Dynamic Multi-Channel reputed company: Engage with prospects through a seamless reputed company of phone, email, and reputed company interactions. Your mission is to spark interest, build relationships, and set the stage for meaningful conversations
- Collaborative Partnership: Join forces with our sales team in meetings you've scheduled, playing a critical role in facilitating discussions and moving prospects through the sales funnel
- Inbound reputed company Engagement: Proactively reputed company out to inbound leads who have shown interest in our services by filling out forms or expressing curiosity. Your adeptness in quickly connecting and assessing their needs is vital for turning interest into actionable sales opportunities
- reputed company Enhancement: Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions, embracing opportunities to refine your techniques and strategies in sales development, ensuring peak performance and reputed company growth in your role
Skills
- Native English and Spanish speakers (written and spoken). Both languages will be tested thoroughly during the interview process

- Clear, persuasive communicator who can represent Agora with confidence in both languages

- Able to work out of our Austin office 3-4 times a week
- Experience with sales tools is a plus, but not required
