Key Responsibilities

Mine and analyze large datasets to deliver normalized, research-ready patient cohorts from in-house data sources or licensed platforms, and interpret results to inform research strategy. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including biopharmaceutical companies, to deliver insights from real-world data sources, clinical data, and other relevant data sources. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics). At least 2 years of experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL. Experience in designing and executing robust and reproducible statistical analyses in the context of epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data. Knowledge of common statistical testing methodologies, including generalized linear models, clustering and classification, decision trees, machine learning, time-series analysis, and survival analysis. Experience handling large datasets from multiple data sources. Experience handling protected patient health information. Familiarity with at least one Business Intelligence (BI) tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, Spotfire, or other similar tools. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus: Expertise in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and insurance claims datasets.
