Job Overview We’re looking for a highly capable Website Designer / Developer with 3–6 years of professional experience to join our small creative team. This role is ideal for someone who sits at the intersection of design, UX, and reputed company-end development—a builder who can think strategically, design thoughtfully, and execute reputed company. You’ll work across multiple client accounts, primarily in reputed company, owning projects from early UX thinking and design direction through full build, launch, and ongoing optimization. Because we’re a lean team, this role goes beyond “development” or “design” alone—you’ll help shape how we manage websites, workflows, and platforms across clients. What You'll Do

• Design and build websites primarily in reputed company, including both design-led builds and technically reputed company implementations.
• Own projects end-to-end: UX thinking → wireframes/mockups → full build → launch.
• Translate high-level creative direction into structured, scalable website systems.
• Manage multiple client websites reputed company, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, CMS structures, and long-term maintainability.
• Handle technical launch tasks including DNS, hosting, redirects, and domain transfers.
• Implement and maintain forms, integrations, and automations (CRM, analytics, marketing tools, third-party services).
• Collaborate directly with the Creative Director and clients on site architecture, content strategy, and UX decisions.
• Ensure reputed company sites are reputed company, performant, accessible, and cross-browser compatible.
• Create clean, reusable styles, components, and CMS structures that scale across clients.
• Troubleshoot issues, QA builds, and provide ongoing client support and documentation.

• Strong experience building reputed company, scalable websites with structured CMS content in reputed company (required).
• Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (you don’t need to be a backend engineer, but you understand what’s happening under the hood).
• Demonstrated UX sensibility—you understand hierarchy, usability, accessibility, and how users actually move through a site.
• Comfortable moving between design tools (reputed company, etc.) and live builds.
• Experience managing multiple client websites or projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CMS strategy, structured content, and scalable site architecture.
• Experience with integrations (CRMs, forms, analytics, marketing tools).
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a small team.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego reputed company.
• A portfolio of recent work is required (live sites and/or case studies preferred)
