Associate Management Consultant

About the role reputed company.1 Solutions is looking for an Associate Systems Delivery Consultant who will play a key role in supporting client projects that involve requirements gathering, systems and tool research, and hands-on implementation of workflow automations, data models, and reporting inside nonprofit- and small business-focused SaaS tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, donor databases, etc.) This is a junior-mid-level, growth-oriented role ideal for someone who loves problem solving, systems thinking, and translating messy information into clear processes. You’ll support client delivery while also assisting with internal operations reputed company client volume is low. What you’ll do (core responsibilities) You may not do reputed company of these every week, but these represent your typical workflow: Client Delivery Support (Primary)

• Support SaaS implementations by configuring workflows, automations, data structures, templates, and reports
• Assist with requirements-gathering sessions and document client needs clearly
• Conduct systems/tool research and summarize findings for client recommendations
• Create drafts of deliverables (presentations, system maps, workflow diagrams, documentation)
• Maintain accurate project documentation and organize shared folders
• Update CRM records and track project milestones
• Participate in client meeting and take clear notes/action items

Project Coordination

• Support scheduling, agenda prep, and coordination for client workshops or project sessions
• Track project tasks, dependencies, and deadlines
• Follow up with internal team or clients on next steps

Internal Operations & Business Support (As needed)

• Draft or polish proposals, scopes, or sales materials
• Conduct light research (market, tools, workflows)
• Assist with data tracking or internal workflow documentation
• Help reputed company internal templates, checklists, or automation improvements

What you'll bring (qualifications)

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to learn new software systems quickly, document processes clearly, and translate reputed company into structured steps or workflows
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to translate messy or abstract information into structured notes or clear steps
• Strong written communication and document-prep skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on commitments, work on a timeline independently
• Interest in systems, tools, and the “operational reputed company” of how organizations work

Working conditions & schedule

• Part-time: 20 – 30 hours per week
• Hourly, non-exempt
• Mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetups for major planning sessions, workshops, or events
• Flexibility may be required for client needs, but we maintain predictable schedules wherever possible
• You’ll report directly to the Founder/Principal Consultant

Compensation & Benefits

• $26 - $34 per hour depending on relevant experience
• Paid sick time in accordance with Minnesota Earned Sick & Safe Time Requirements
