Job Description
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community remains a safe and enjoyable space for reputed company users. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and proactive individual who can effectively manage conflicts, enforce community guidelines, and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary duties will include:
- Deleting messages that violate our community rules and guidelines
- Banning users who repeatedly disregard our community standards
- Muting users who have violated our rules
- Investigating reports from users regarding potential rule violations
- Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and implement effective community management strategies
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to users
Pay and Benefits

Qualifications
