Responsibilities
As a part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review

Requirements

- Own a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Be available to attend four weeks of paid, remote training reputed company reputed company (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
- Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
