Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
  • Receiving and placing telephone calls, which may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
  • Answering customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, and responding or directing to technical/service areas as applicable
  • Maintaining detailed and reputed company knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of assigned clients
  • Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments as necessary
  • Navigating computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
  • Resolving basic payment and account-reputed company requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other issues
  • Providing standardized or scripted responses using client-provided systems and established documentation and processes
  • Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
  • Determining basic reasons for customer issues using client-provided decision trees and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more reputed company representatives or designated departments

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 6 months of call center experience, either remote or onsite
  • Ability and flexibility to work hours as assigned, including nights and weekends, in a 24/7 call center environment
  • Willingness to be on camera during work hours
