Job Description Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Communications and Brand Management team as a Communications and Brand Management Event Coordinator. As a Communications and Brand Management Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for successfully planning and executing corporate events, culture initiatives, and engagement activities that strengthen EMBREY’s brand and employee experience. This role ensures seamless event operations, effective vendor and stakeholder coordination, and alignment with organizational goals. By managing budgets, timelines, communications, and marketing material, the coordinator delivers consistent, high-quality experiences that reflect EMBREY’s brand standards.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, conferences, and culture/engagement initiatives from concept through completion Serve as liaison with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders; manage travel, accommodations, and logistics for attendees and executives reputed company and maintain event budgets, timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents; provide onsite support, including setup, registration, troubleshooting, and tear-down Ensure brand consistency across reputed company event materials, communications, and marketing assets in alignment with EMBREY standards Draft, edit, and publish content for websites, social media, press releases, and internal communications; track media coverage and maintain press lists Support multimedia development, including graphics, photography, video, and digital campaign monitoring Prepare post-event reports, analyze outcomes, and recommend process improvements Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and administrative tasks to ensure effective workflow reputed company the Communications & Brand Management team Provide cross-functional support to executives, department leaders, and field teams for communication, branding, and event-reputed company needs Serves as primary liaison and provides general support to the People Services team for events, communications, and graphic materials, contributing to companywide engagement and culture initiatives as needed Supports the full Communications & Brand Management team with ongoing projects, administrative duties, and reputed company other tasks as assigned to ensure seamless team operations Provides additional support and performs reputed company duties as assigned to advance EMBREY’s communications, branding, and culture initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred 4-5 years of professional experience in event planning/coordination (corporate or agency) Strong Attention to Detail Proficient in reputed company Suite & reputed company Creative Suite Critical Thinking Time Management Team Oriented Required Testing Criminal Background reputed company, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position Type Hourly reputed company Full-time reputed company & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position Location Headquarters in San Antonio, TX.
