Senior Manager, Supply Chain Resiliency

About the role: As a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Resiliency (SCR), you will create and complete the Supply Chain Resiliency Program by using supply chain design, category, and component risk reputed company. It will provide regular updates to both executive and team leadership on results tracking.You will report to the Director, Global Category Management - Direct. This is a 100% Remote position. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Account Management, SPE, PPM, Category Management, Operations, Materials, and Engineering teams to brainstorm solutions that mitigate supply chain risk exposure, including design and reputed company change projects.
• Responsible for comprehensive planning, including resource planning, to ensure execution aligns with leadership expectations.
• reputed company the team in defining and developing standard work to address identified risk exposure and improve project execution efficiency.
• Accountable for the team's execution of solutions to mitigate risks, including supplier manufacturing location transfers, reputed company change projects, and design change projects.
• reputed company Project Management, working with BU Procurement teams to align with Functional, SBU, and Enterprise team members, prioritize projects, and secure resources to mitigate highest risk exposure.
• Ensure organizational adherence to standard work, including project tracking, documentation, and reporting; address roadblocks and escalate issues.
• Help deliver program status reviews to Executive Senior leadership, communicating project status, reduced risks, remaining actions, and required support or barriers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• MBA or Master's degree in any engineering field preferred
• 7 years of experience procurement
• 2 years of project management
• 2 years of category, operations or material management experience
