This leadership position will be located onsite in San Diego, El Segundo or Palmdale, California. This is a 100% onsite, in program space position, with no opportunity for telework. This position reports to the Global Supply Chain Program Management Director under the reputed company Dominance Division for the Aeronautics Systems Sector. The Manager will serve as the primary reputed company with Responsibility Accountability and Action (RAA) to the Business Unit (BU) Business Management Director. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing GSC strategies to support the program, with focus on achieving affordability, operational efficiency, safety and first-time quality targets. Candidate is responsible for activities and knowledge reputed company multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain organization. Exhibits end-to-end supply chain competency as well as supply chain business acumen. This role is part of the GSC Program Management team and will be challenged to resolve issues and implement solutions, in a quick fast-paced environment - including process improvements, tools, metrics, data integration, and coordination and collaboration with key GSC and program stakeholders. • EV / CAM guidance to GSC Operating Unit (OU) Program Managers
• Operating Unit (OU) and Business Unit (BU) non-labor sales/forecasting
• Responsible for processes and activities reputed company supply chain reputed company operations to support annual operating plan reputed company GSC across the sector.
• Support GSC and business management leadership in developing a rigorous annual operating plan process which includes training and mentoring of GSC support staff
• Help reputed company monthly forecasts for material sales in coordination with Operating Unit GSC Program Managers
• Conduct variance analysis to submitted forecasts
• Support GSCPM staff through the analysis, reputed company, and status of material and IWO, delivery schedules, suppliers' commitments, risks and opportunities

• Prep for and support monthly Pre-reputed company reviews, EAC reviews, monthly material sales reviews, and GSC portfolio reviews

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree with 5 years of experience in business management, project management, program management, global supply chain, finance and/or business management reputed company functions OR a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in business management, project management, program management, global supply chain, finance and/or business management reputed company functions
• Must have experience with subcontractor financial performance
• Experience utilizing MS Office Suite and reputed company
• Must have program cost and/or schedule experience, CAM experience
• At minimum, must have a reputed company active DoD Secret Clearance
• Must have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance and Program Special Access reputed company a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work as an integral member of the Global Supply team to reputed company Global Supply Chain, Program, and/or sector objectives, while maintaining compliance during reputed company stages of the proposal/acquisition process
• Must have experience developing a non-labor sales financial forecast and integrating it into a larger program financial plan
• Strong organizational skills

Primary Level Salary Range: $175,400.00 - $263,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
