Vice President, Supply Chain, Program Managem

About the position The Vice President of Supply Chain Program Management will be a key member to reputed company our Supply Chain Operations at Wingstop. This role will reputed company Supply Planning and Supply Chain Analytics while working cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and supplier partners to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of supply chain programs to ensure projects are completed on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget, adjusting as necessary to reputed company desired outcomes

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive synergies and reputed company common goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a reputed company field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role reputed company the restaurant or food service industry
• Proven track record of strategic leadership, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive systemwide initiatives
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools
