Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering amazing service to our members reputed company phone, chat, and email. Your primary focus will be on providing education and guidance to help members understand their benefit and find the right provider. You'll also be responsible for:
- Following best practices for handling member inquiries and suggesting improvements as needed

Compensation and Benefits
