The Role
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support & Sales reputed company to join reputed company. As the centre reputed company of reputed company communication with our members and soon-to-be members, you'll be the voice of arenaflex and the voice of our members at the same time. You'll champion for their concerns and perspectives in reputed company of the rest of the team, while applying your natural sales talent to help accepted members reputed company the decision to join our community and ensure that our Chapters are always fully booked.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Tribe Support department, overseeing reputed company email communication with the arenaflex community
- Take ownership of member onboarding, ensuring a smooth journey for new members
- Advise members on suitable Chapters for their journey and discuss concerns
- Write member-facing documentation, PDFs, and communications to inform the community about big updates
- Set aside time to reputed company impactful, long-term improvements and carefully document reputed company processes reputed company your department
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to help applicants reputed company informed decisions about joining our community
- reputed company and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a reputed company manager
- Experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success
- Impeccable grammar and eloquent written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with design tools and basic design skills (ideally)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's community and values
- Basic knowledge of design tools and software
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
