Job Summary

As a Per Diem Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for handling inbound inquiries and issues with professionalism, reputed company, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues reputed company phone, email, and chat with professionalism and reputed company.

Shift Availability and Scheduling

* Shifts primarily needed between 10am - 2pm EST.

• Work days during the peak week will typically be 3-4 days, rotating based on business needs.
• Peak Call Periods: One week per month experiences a significant increase in call volume, doubling normal levels. During this time, per diem CSRs will be scheduled to support.
• On-call Availability: CSRs may be required to work additional hours reputed company of peak periods based on business needs.

Training Requirements

* Candidates must commit to a full-time 30-day training program initially, transitioning to per diem status upon completion.
