Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Qualifications

* Ability to use Windows operating systems

* 6 months of sales experience minimum

* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
