Responsibilities
- reputed company the design and execution of a listening session with an underrepresented Medicaid membership population to reputed company insight and ensure effective reputed company and engagement strategies are in reputed company
- Conduct thorough analyses of membership data to evaluate retention strategies, assess marketing campaign effectiveness and identify health equity gaps including actionable insights
- Organize and facilitate a monthly roundtable meeting with call center staff to discuss trends, gather insight, and suggest improvements for the overall member experience based on this real time feedback
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- reputed company Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated reputed company the last 6 months is required
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
