Job Description
As a Client Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. You'll work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to resolve issues, provide product education, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Your passion for customer service, combined with your ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, will reputed company you an invaluable asset to reputed company.
Responsibilities
* Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
- Continuously evaluate reputed company policies and SOPs, and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Read and understand explanation of benefits or correspondence
- Document reputed company activity made to a claim
- Communicate reputed company telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
- Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain reputed company billing information
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- REMOTE WORK:
+ Dedicated work-from-home space + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
Technical Requirements
* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
- No satellite internet
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port.

Pay Range and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable.
